AHAF Mission Statement
AHAF is organized and operates exclusively for charitable purposes, to be achieved through the distribution of its funds for such purposes generally and particularly as described per the articles of its bylaws.
Notwithstanding any other provisions as described in these articles, the Foundation is organized exclusively for one or more of the purposes as specified in Section 501 (c) 3 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986,and shall not carry on any activities not permitted to be carried on by a Foundation exempt from Federal Income Tax under IRS Section 501(c)3 or corresponding provisions of any subsequent Federal Tax Law.
